AIFF INTERNS

The Film Festival provides supervised intern opportunities for students and adults wanting to acquire work experience.

Intern hours: Varies
Some evening or weekend hours may be required
The AIFF is very flexible about schedules.
There is no specific weekly requirement.
Please note that Internships are unpaid positions.

Intern opportunities:
 
  • Assist with maintaining an independent film library
  • Assist with composing AIFF publicity material
  • Assist with managing print traffic of film submissions
  • Assist with production of newsletter
  • Assist with managing membership database
  • Assist with coordinating annual fundraising event
  • Assist with special projects as appropriate
  • Assist with film screening process to determine entrees for film festival
    •  
    Skills required:
     
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Flexible and friendly
